Our basil infused olive oil enhances a delicious and easy to prepare Italian caprese salad. The fresh taste of basil shines through when drizzled over tomatoes and mozzarella cheese.
Simply layer tomato slices and mozzarella cheese slices alternately on a flat plate. Dress with basil infused olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with basil leaves if you have them but they are not necessary to capture the fresh basil taste when using our basil infused olive oil.
